Computing and Systems, sponsored by IASTED, is a major annual forum for
scientists, engineers, and practitioners throughout the world to present
the latest research results, ideas, development, and applications in all
areas of parallel and distributed processing. The 1998 conference
attracted researchers from 38 countries. The 1999 meeting will be held
outside Boston, USA and will include keynote addresses, contributed
papers, tutorials, and workshops.
SCOPE
The main focus of PDCS '99 will be parallel and distributed computing and
systems viewed from the three perspectives of architecture and networking,
