Following the big success of XP2000, the First International
Conference on XP and Flexible Processes, XP2001, the Second
International Conference on XP and Flexible Processes, will
give an unprecedented insight on the theories and the practices
related to Extreme Programming and other agile techniques for
software development!

The Conference Schedule is rich and includes several Workshops,
Tutorials, Activity Sessions, Panels, Presentations, to accommodate
the different needs of participants:
* 5 Workshops and 9 Tutorials on every aspect of XP,
* 6 invited talks from undisputed authorities of XP and agile
  processes,
* panels and presentations of experiences and ideas
* studies from researchers and practitioners from all over
  the World.

XP2001 WORKSHOPS are open for enrollment:

- Agile Modeling (AM): A Discussion of Principles and Practices
- Customer Involvement
- Experience Exchange
- XP and Requirements Negotiation
